Cant find what your looking for? Our Special Request Order process allows our customers the chance to seek out that specialty crystal specimen you have been searching for. If you make a Special Order Request purchase, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. 

  1. The estimated delivery time for Specialty Request Orders is a guide only, and is subject to change pending arrival of stock. 

  1. We will endeavour to dispatch all Special Request Orders within 2-3 business days of receiving the stock. 

  1. Crystaline Crystals is not to be held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur. 

  1. For Special Request Order enquiries, please email at info@crystalinecrystals.com.au with your enquiry details, including Name of Specimen/s and estimated sizes.
