Frankincense - Also known as Olibanum and most popularly sourced from Oman. Frankincense is an aromatic gum resin obtained from trees often used for many medicinal, spiritual healing and purification processes. Benefits of burning frankincense resin can be reduced stress due to purification taking place cleansing of the energetic mind will naturally releive stress. HOW TO USE FRANKINCENSE RESIN: For best results, place a few resin pieces ontop of a warmed charcoal disc to melt down and create the purification smoke.
HOW TO USE CHARCOAL: For use with burning resin and for smudging purposes.
1. Remove a charcoal disc from the roll.
2. Using small tongs to hold disc begin by saftley lighting the edges of the charcoal disc until small crackles start to ripple over the disc, when this stops place charcoal onto heat proof dish, resin insencse holder/burner.
3. Allow charcoal to sit for 10 -15min until it starts to become ashy around edges.
4. Now your charcoal is ready to be loaded with your favourite resins, herbs and purification blends etc.
