White Sage - Organic Californian White Sage (Salvia Apiana) found in the coastal mountains of California. Organically grown and 100% fertiliser and pesticide free. White Sage aka "Sacred Sage" highly valued as a ceremonial and ritualistic plant with great emotional and spiritual cleansing properties. It is beleived that whenever sage is used no evil influences may enter sacred spaces. SMUDGING comes from many indigenous people globally.
Smudging is best used for to purify your space, pets, offices, home or any item, intended to be used as a tool of empowerment and to be enjoyed.
HOW TO USE A SMUDGE STICK:
For best use, light your smudge stick at the tip of the leaves, allow to burn for 5-10 seconds and gently blow on the embers to create smoke. Slowly move among rooms and yourself gently swirlinmg the stick in the air while setting your intention (eg; with this smoke i now cleanse this entire space of all negative and low vibrational energies and anything i may need for my highest & best NOW!) After use, gently extinguish smoke in some sand or a shallow dish of a little water. 
Best stored in  a dry place for furture use.
NOTE: Take care while smudging and only use under adult supervision. Extra care should be taken around flammable materials. Ensure the bundle is completley extinguished before leaving unattended.
